I am presently training in Amatsu which is a Japanese therapy. It is an adaption of soft tissue therapy based on principles of natural movement and can help musculo-skeletal and lifestyle related conditions and can support restoration of general health and well being. My tutor, Dennis Bartram, travels to Japan each year to update new techniques which are passed directly to his students to ensure the most up to date skills.
